Whole Foods Cheap Treasures - Affordable Shopping

Hi friends!
I always love the comments I get about Whole Foods and the misconceptions of it being expensive and impossible to shop at on a budget. I mean, yes, there are items that are expensive, usually organic options and specialty items, but I personally think it's CHEAPER to shop here for some
items rather than other stores, not to mention the quality.

I also want to add that any time I suddenly get something from Whole Foods my husband comments on the fresh taste or just how delicious something is.....hmmmm, food for thought!

My current shopping finds:

At my store 1lb of organic carrots run $1.29, and they aren't fresh.
My WF buy $3.99 5lb of FRESH organic carrots typical stores $5.99.

Cue Oprah Voice:
Organic Chiiiiiiaaaaa Seeeeeeeeds!
These vary, and I love buying these in bulk because I can adjust to my current budget.
Typical bag $15.00 at my store.
WF $9.99
Bulk: $9.99/lb
My WF buy $2.90 for 1 small container

I didn't buy this, but great deal!
$2.29 organic pasta sauce

$1.29 organic pasta

My absolute favorite savings deal here, frozen fruit!
My typical store runs around $4 - $7, ridiculous!
My WF buy $1.69 - $2.99 Woop!

Other items:
$1.99 bag salads (spinach)
$1.99 whole wheat tortillas
$2.99 bunched beets (huge!)
$2.99 cantaloupe
$2.99 blackberries

See! Not bad at all! I didn't need much but wanted to share some realistic pricing I spotted this trip.
